Torquil Cottage is a much loved and well refurbished family home which is let out as a large holiday house during certain times of the year (normally during holiday periods). It represents the best that holiday houses in Cornwall can offer. It would suit either an extended family, or two families, but no pets. It is situated two minutes walk from Daymer Bay, on the north coast of Cornwall. Daymer Bay is a wide sandy beach (excellent for children) with calm seas and steady winds (great for wind surfers). It is between the smart resort of Rock (famous for sailing) and Polzeath (famous for surfing). Why not have a quick look at the house, inside and out, and the surrounds? Prices for 2008 range from £700 per week off-season (approximately £10 per person per night) to £2000 per week in the high season. Long weekend breaks are also available on request.
